Loved the story about the Bible. Thanks for including it. My favorite classes in seminary (Iliff School of Theology in Denver) back in the 90's were the Bible classes. They were intensive, challenging, and life-changing. I grew up a Baptist preacher's kid, morphed into a Unitarian Universalist in my 30's, and now am a UU minister out in Oregon. So I had a bit of a reckoning over the years and understanding the Bible in a new way has been part of that journey.
